@void finch there are a few reasons why the company decided to let people ping for content.

firstly, you can opt out of it as a member, all you have to do is suppress pings in the server settings or in the channel settings, and that is easier than creating a whole role for the people who want to see the content. there isn't a reason why there needs to be extra steps if the option already exists to turn it off.

secondly, it is the decision of the company, to allow the creators to ping the @ here command, not the content creators, it is in the best interest for the devs, for content of their games to preform well, if they get more views on whichever platform, then the content of that game will be promoted by Youtube, or Twitch, etc.

also, on top of that, the people the company wants to have the best relationship with, are the content creators, because they are the ones that showcase the games to the public, it has been shown many times in the past ten years or so, that a good standing with the content creator community can boost the popularity of a game. allowing the content creators to promote here in the official server, helps keep that relationship strong

i will say #2720 people already do this and its kind of fun to do (but without the teams mode) as a "teams" as you have to think about your teammate vs in normal games you see a teammate you just shoot a rocket at them to assist them in a kill vs in ffa you cant simply do that as you have "friendly damage" on (kinda) tbh it wouldnt really be a very difficult addition youd just have multi coloured teams just randomly scattered about and it would be like teams death match but with more than 1 team also works out issues in tdm where one team will just sit in the other teams spawn and spawn kill them as 2 players can not fully run the map eventually one random person will land a shot on them and they will die

yes, but maybe they should also include new features in shell shockers so they can have more player behavior data in shorter time, that way they can make both games a more flavorful experience, but also a more consistent one, with less likelihood that Someone stops playing the game b/c they didn't like a particular new feature. all of this is in bluewizards interests b/c it increases likelihood that more people will play, thus more add revenue

No, if I understand how the hack works, it’s nearly impossible. The data is messed with by the client, then sent. The server sees it and goes, “ok, they are now looking over here”. All visual stuff, like esp and skin hacks, are only for your end

Suggestion: have new modes like ones with shields and overkill on or off. Also make it so theirs a capture the flag mode where you have to capture the flag or spatula and put it in your base to get points. This would be good in maps like hazmat or road. Also you should have melee, and mode where like fortnite the last man standing wins and people who die have to go to new servers.
