#627 - Last night my weapon sounds changed. Unfortunately a deal breaker for me. The sound is unbalanced with the ambient noises; it's too loud and when you turn the volume down you can't hear the ambient noises very much. Worse still are the sounds themselves as they don't match the look of the weapon; since when does a shotgun sound like a laser? I suggest you allow the old sounds as an option in the settings.

The frame rate drop thing is pretty annoying, can't lie. You can start good then the frames will decide to drop, and stuff like that wasn't happening until pretty recently.
Much like pants, a drooping frame rate can be remedied with the right belt or even a better fitting pair of slacks or shorts. I vastly prefer this solution to the traditional "glue your boxers to your butt crack" method that I've seen some kids try. Let's just say the results can be gruesome. -

#705 as far as i understand it, there are always the same amount of ammo packs on the field, when one is taken it immediately respawns elsewhere further away from the place it was taken, which is i take it is why in teams mode, sometimes the ammo packs sometimes end up on one side of the map, especially on dirt, where the teams are the most segmented from each other. the team that is dying less has less ammo packs on its side of the field because they pick them up more

TBH the katana is a very tricky thing to balance, as you might have noticed. There's a small amount of "magnetism" involved right now to make it a viable part of fast-paced game play. This and the disruption (paralyze) are the primary reasons for the low damage. I view the current katana as more of a utility than a third weapon. But I don't want to change this version (much). I think it's a friendly option for new players. I do want to provide alternatives, such as what you're asking for. I can't say when exactly, but know that it's on our list of things to add in the not-so-distant future.
