I've got a few suggestions but bear with me.

The ability to customise your crosshair, so that you can change size, shape, thickness, movement/firing error, similar to what valorant does.

The ability to spectate from someone else's view, they are a lot of reasons this should be implemented, first of all, hackers, I've seen less hackers but they're still prominent, and in particular, hackers in scrims. Second is to potentially help someone or advise them in certain situations, but that's directed more at scrims.

The ability to friend people or join a party, this one is a lot less important but its still a cool thing, would again, help when scrimming.

I'm not gonna mention blanks as those have been prominent for years and still aren't fixed, idk why since there are none in venge, krunker or most other fps games.

• Teams (10v10 potientally)
  -The Wild West map (but bigger)
  -First to 20 team kills win
  -Everyone must participate in killing 1 or more players
  -Randomizer (Weapon Pool = Shotgun or Pistol.)
  -Health Regen (standard health rules obv)
  -Participation Rewards (e.g. 5 Kills = Team Diablo/Pablo Stamp depending on what team you’re on. 20 kills = Pablo/Diablo Weapon skin for Scrambler/Pistol)
  -Opposite Team Leader Killed = Kill Score lost.

model some skyboxes in maya or blender (whatever app faith uses) instead of using the default babylon.js skyboxes. nothing too crazy that would decrease performance, but something that matches the game assets more then the current environment textures. lower the poly count of map assets. in a lot of the maps, there are blocks that are not loaded, and plenty of things you could remove to make the game smoother for players, especially people with less powerful computers. even just going around the maps removing anything that is not visible, would help, because there is no reason to have assets that are not being seen.

Revert the CC requirements from 2500 back to 1500. I have been streamin for around 2 months with shell shockers and Ive loved it. But there might be a misconception that followers come to easy on twitch So thats why you have changed it to 2500 followers, personally I think that this is to high. You are right to the fact that getting followers is easier on twitch but to be almost quadruple the hardness to get cc comapred to youtube is ridicioulus, youtubes systems is different, its a hit and a miss, you have to have one good video, one good monatgae and then you will blow up and hit that 750 sub mark in no time, but twitch its about that grind your twitch cant really blow up. And another point is, on my stream I have been waiting to get CC for so long, but you might ask why do i want CC. Its not for the Badge, maybe slighty. Buts its for the codes. I have no way of getting to hand out to my community so its impossible to have same amount of growth then the CC's have because ovbiously people are going to watch if someone gives away code every stream or so.
