In my experience on this game i saw that there are 2 types of players like if we were in the middle ages :
The players that : earn codes, that trade with codes, and they are not so much and they are closed in one and unique group and they ocassionally play shell
And the others that apport a lot, they play a lot and doesnt have codes, they want codes and this become annoying and in my point of view and its not good and makes a huge inequality between the two groups i mentioned.

I propose putting all rare items in the shop (the ones that didnt appeared in the shop before like buck roguers etc...) for creating a healthy community , an equal community and make the game greater like when it was released and we all were equal.
Please decide and wizards take this into account. We can change this

shell- so i've made a few suggestions about lowering the greed for codes. I've come up with a better solution- rahter than having codes to redeem items, have giveaway winners and new yolkers deliver direct to account, like notifs. THis would cut back on the greedy drive to collect that is ruining many sub communtiies and harming BWD, while still letting players collect cool items.

Specifically, the old guns that were used from 2017-2018, the old maps, which were pretty big and were mostly made of colorful crates and other classic materials in classic Shell Shockers, and the old UI, which can be customizable, via settings. sorry for repeating this but this is getting really annoying. in the last giveaway only 2 people have decent message history before winning prizes. in order to stop alting for giveaways all partakers of the giveaway should be at least level 2 in the server. it wouldn't be a very good change if the minimum for giveaways was level 1 because level 1 is quite easy to get to. This might seem hard to do, but all you have to do is create a role that is accessed after level 2 in which you can then access the giveaways channel after recieving that role like what is done with the arcane role.

Merc Zone: Game modes!!! (all modes are ffa) (sorry if my descriptions are bad).

Kill Confirm: When a merc is killed the merc drops something? (a tie maybe?) on death, the killer needs to go to the place that the merc died for the kill to count, anyone can pick up the kill.

King of The Hill: Mercs can to stand on a designated area to get points, the designated area changes every minute (points are still given for kills and assists).

Contracts (this is original!!! i think): When the game starts 3 (or more) mercs have a contract on them, displayed as a symbol next to the name like the bounties. When a merc has a bounty on them they get more points for kills and assists, the contracts can be stacked (e.g. 2x, 3x, 4x). When a merc with more than one contract on them is killed the contract is unstacked (in the order of merc who got the kill, merc who assisted, mercs with the lowest points).

Have more creative maps. Maybe have separate and distinctive gimmicks that would make the maps mechanically distinctive, but at least make them look different from each other! More often than not, I find the levels to become boring over time, mostly because of a lack of mechanical depth within the maps. I know less is sometimes more (for online shooters), and even other online games like krunker struggle with this issue, but at least that game had plenty of fun game modes and custom maps to make the game interesting. All I'm suggesting is for you guys to add some spice to the new maps and delete the extremely bland ones (Shellshockers).

Make the new killstreak settings possible to disable/enable when creating a private game or mid-game. Events like battle royale could be negatively affected by this new update.
When you get 5 kills the shield that appears around the screen slightly obstructs chat, maybe lower the opacity or trim it a bit.
Go back to the circular health bar, it seems like most people prefer it and in my opinion it looks nicer.
Optimize the new update since i'm getting 100 frames less than i was before the update, these new features have really affected the fps of the players.

Version 1:
Try to make it the original Shell Shockers, nothing crazy, like no 5/10 killstreak power-ups, and keep it nice and fair so that pros don't have an advantage over other people who have just joined a game and newbies still have a chance of killing the kill leaders. This version is targeted towards more the more conservative audience.

Version 2:
Let the dev team constantly have fun with new features (like the 5/10 killstreak power-ups) and more. Add all sorts of new features and add unique updates that not everyone will enjoy. This version is targeted towards more open-minded people and pros.

Highly controversial, return the health bar to the line one, the circular one isn’t as helpful in telling you your health.
With the new one, I didn’t have to look at it directly to understand my HP, I could look at it peripherally, and concentrate on the game. It was a great idea, and I think the devs weren’t too happy with all the negativity from the update, so again: please take it back the the straight line health bar. Btw love the update, something new in Shell was needed, and we got it! Those who don’t like it probably got too used to how shell was, and didn’t want to step outside their comfort zone for something new 😦

I'm loathe to put too many options in the game, but we'll no doubt be tweaking slides for a bit longer. Fall damage seems like the kind of thing we'd put in custom games but not in the default mode. Right now you can shoot through "glass" windows, but there isn't a glass breaking affect. Whether we allow people to fall through skylights remains to be seen. Explosives are still something we're playing with. Eventually each class will have a different kind of utility so the idea of spammy grenades likely won't exist unless everyone is playing the same class.

Okay, last response didn't take so I'll keep it short. Never planned on upgradable weapons. More melee options in the works. Character and gun customizations coming eventually. No crates. Slide variability by class likely. Profile and shop coming when we have the time. Playing around with small maps now. New guns coming eventually. I like posthumous grenades too. No avatars because we don't want to moderate. Real sniper rifle coming (probably-maybe). Working on jump and collision stuff. Melee adjustments coming this week. Game: shell shockers - So I cant really tell if this is what the previous suggestion is saying of not, but just to reiterate: it would be great if one could choose whether they want power ups or not in a given lobby. Maybe make it an extra criteria for choosing lobbies, e.g. FFA with powerups, FFA w/o powerups, teams with powerups, teams w/o powerups, etc. I personally don’t find them fun to use, and I know some others feel the same way, but I also know that other people enjoy them. So making powerup-specific lobbies and no-power-up lobbies would be great so no one gets frustrated. I think that would be more fun for everyone.

how about a gamemode mixer system, where there are multiple features you can opt in and out for when creating a server, so if there's 3 gamemode features, there are 27 possible gamemodes.
such feature can be stuff like: FreeForAll, TeamDeathMatch, slow paced gaming, fast paced gaming (ex. faster/slower movement in merc zone/shell shokers), limiting weapon availablity in the game (each weapon is a feature of its own, ex. no mchine guns, no nades, no snipers, snipers only, all wepons, autorifle only, nades and knife only etc), a near realisitic team stratgey playstyle like that of rainbow six siege or a fantasy version like Valorant, different maps (player made maps?), capture teh flag, capture the location, last man standing, defend the VIP, titanfall style parkour oreinted playstyle, or a realism playstyle of tarkov or insurgency sandstorm, simple playstyle like halo 3/ODST or csgo. these are all possible, albiet they obviously shouldn't be as detailed as the other games i mentioned, b/c the whole point of free browser games is to be easily playable on bad devices, by having minimal device requirement by simplification of things that aren't essential to having fun people will come back to ex. merc zone shouldn't try to replicate even well optimized csgo, roblox, or even krunker.io at higher device settings.

to all shell shock devs, please listen. We are going nowhere with these updates, you have to do what the community says, because we play the game. Bring Back old default skins, and default sounds, and let it be an option. Add more modes, you were going in the right direction with the powerup, let it be another mode. Its about as dead as this game will be unless you look at the community. You must look at the suggestions, find a way to please the server, your last 3 month updates were litteraly add a map and add skins, how about add a gun? like a deagle or something? a intuitive, pickup and drop objects map making system like the one in krunker.io, where player make the maps and devs can save time by 1) not having to make as many maps 2) and instead just approve of player made maps for quality control, so there arn't a lot of bad maps to scroll through. it will give players more control over what they want, and save devs time. this can make better content come into the game faster. also, every time a map gets approved, we can vote on which we like best, and the map maker with maps with a high ration of approval (like a 9:1) or a dev favorite (b/c devs often know balanced gameplay better), get rewarded for making good content. this can system can be used in designing skins and stuff

please make minimum requirement for entering a giveaway level 2. there are so many alt accounts that have been made to win giveaways it's literally impossible to win a giveaway without alting yourself. 3/5 of the time giveaway winners have no message history at all and that is on a day where non alts are lucky. and even if they aren't an alt, there should still be a reward for even having a tiny bit of message history in this server, even for a tiny bit of contributing to this server. even if you don't want to do this just try it and see the number of entries go down because people who just come to this server for giveaways and not even come here fairly doing so can't enter all or as many of their entries.

most of the giveaway winners just get to lvl 3 and most of them stop texting and dont contribute at all nd only come for giveaways which is really unfair for the ppl putting effort into suggestions and discusing the game, so make a rule that you have to be active and atleast do a couple of suggestions and discuss any game in the server, bc its really unfair for the ppl who are contributing more and are not winning anything.

Basically, have any of you ever been like wondering how many buck snipers, or how many aviator hats are? I have. I want to know how many skull bandanas are out there, so I can determine if it is really that rare or not. So basically, WizSup, you should add something that shows how many of each code there are. I would say that you could maybe put it on shellshock.io and the other proxy sites, or you can make a specific channel in discord just for them. And you would probably make one for any vaulted ones too, so like avengers and star wars, you decide. Again, I do not know if this is possible for you to find out, and it might also be too much work to find out, but it would be a really cool feature. You would even do it for like the staff sash's and SL stuff. You could also probably put a picture of the item before each number of how many there are, so that the noobs know what it is. I don't know how you would be able to update this, but it might be possible with a tool. Basically this would help people know how rare codes are. boom

Since Shell Shockers is almost three years old, it would be great if there were updates other than the regular monthly rotation of the skins. game - shell shockers: Ok, I have a couple things today so bear with me. Although I’ve suggested making powerups an optional mode, if BWD is really intent on forcing them on us, I would at least suggest depowering them just a bit, or switching the 5-streak and 10-streak awards. From my experiences, the shield, which you get at a mere five kills, can absorb at least two shotgun hits or one and a half crack shot hits (those are the only guns I play, so I’m not sure about the stats for the other guns). This seems like an extremely high reward for such a small killstreak, and it definitely gives these players an enormous advantage, meaning they can go toe-to-toe with even the most skilled player and stand a very good chance of winning, regardless of their own skill.

I would suggest that the shield should only be able to soak one crack shot hit tops, and even that, I feel, is an enormous blow to the balance of the game as it renders snipers at a huge disadvantage. Furthermore, I would suggest, making the shield an award for ten kills rather than five, due to how extreme an award it is. I haven’t noticed a huge difference playing with the current 10-streak power up, but if it does indeed make your gun more powerful, it seems like a more scaled and appropriate award for five kills. Anyway those are my thoughts, would love to hear if anyone agrees or I’m just crazy

Shellshock.io maybe a thing next to CC's names/accounts that can be toggle-able on the leaderboard telling others if that this person is the real person or not (example: A fake professor Jax and real Professor Jax on 1 of they're names 1 has a CC mini badge next to they're name signifying that they area the real 1). As i mentioned before this would be toggle-able meaning that it can be turned off so that if we don't want to be known we can. Just helps with having fake cc's and stuff.

Game: Shell Shockers My suggestion is, could the BWD team actually tell us if they’re acting on suggestions from this channel? Or if not, at least tell us why. Y’all used to do “approved” or “rejected” for almost every suggestion, no matter how silly, and that was nice so we could see y’all cared about the players and actually considered their requests. But now suggesting things for Shell Shockers in areas other than skins or giveaways feels like screaming into a void, while it feels like suggestions for your newer games get personal “approved” or “rejected” messages almost every time. We all love this game and would like to see it become better, but it’s been frustrating, at least for me, to see the game as it is needing so much balancing and fixing and not getting any attention from the devs in the suggestions. Most of the suggestions in this channel are Shell Shockers anyway, and nobody has any idea if any Shell Shockers developers are following this channel at all.

Game: Shellshockers - Make a ping system to enable visual callouts for friendlies on the map. Not everyone uses VC and it'd be easier to see than to read chat. Of course please include the option to "Mute" pings from specific members if he/she is constantly spamming it only to abuse or be annoying with it. It'd be great if a team mate is able to spot and enemy and ping their location (last 4-5 seconds) but does not have an angle/right weapon to take the shot, and can alert team mates to the danger.

1st: in the main menu Id like to see an overall stats be implemented and then add a per weapon category stats (just have a button say above the stats for individual or overall) the way you can pick each weapon to see your stats is by toggling individual weapon stats (it will say individual or something like that above the stats) and then pick the weapon like you (ie crackshot shotgun eggk etc) like you would before you click play to play with said weapon

2nd: Id love to see a stats thing (this would not have to be saved unless you want to get usage stats per map and such) for each life you in the game say you play with shotgun and shoot idk 35 shots and get a 15 kill streak then die have a little stats thing or a button between spectate and inventory that you can click that will open up a new dialog window with all sorts of neat stats like; shots hit, average damage, average accuracy, average ping highs/lows, damage taken, damage given, sheild damage, health damage, etc (a side note maybe have a stats collection toggle for people who dont want it in settings idk why it would be that much of a deal to keep on but id personnaly like the idea)

I know this update was a long time coming but so far it has received a lot of negative backlash, heck when Shell Shockers was updated for the new "Hard Boiled" and "Egg-Breaker" update, there was a hit indicator originally that told you where you were being shot from, and personally, it was one of the better additions to the game in a long time. It was subsequently removed after minor complaints in the BWD chat and was only live for a couple hours. With this update there is tremendous backlash, so as to not ruin all the previous work put into adding/making this new lighting system, just make it toggleable. :)

The lighting system will likely be edited to be somewhere between the old and new versions and it will undergo some edits to look better than it does currently. The hit indicator was great and something we really liked, but it did affect FPS greatly on a lot of machines. There is a chance it will be readded as a toggleable setting at a later date but an FPS hit of 5-10 on a computer running at 40FPS (the average shell player) was too big to bear. So it wasn't the complaints but the real affects of the update that can be seen in the data that saw that feature rolled back

shell: probably use the suggestions that people say, and also any chance of having an update that doesn't make the game worse. like why shaders? I would like to not have an eyesore experience every time I play the game there are so many other updates you could have gone with, like a new gun, an old map coming back, a new skin that is expensive and actually looks good, or maybe something that actually keeps people playing not just spending money, also why do all the new yolkers seem so much worse, there hasn't been a good new yolker since soda hat and pixel heart, and even before that there wasn't anything good until stress stamp and colander, please make the new yolkers worth using, like the monocle and wizard they were really good and made people actually want to wait for next month, also maybe put a bit more effort into making the skins as now you are just getting the default skin and changing the colour just like toxic and galaxy skins and I could say the same for the chickens too and even though the untz was a different skin it looks awful same with the p90, a slight redesigning of the skins with a change in colour and a good theme will most likely keep players playing as they actually look forward to the monthly update, now I am fully aware that none of these things will happen as all the suggestions these days are fix blanks and bring back the og stuff but if the game was playable then people wouldn't be asking for it back, another thing I also want to mention that I am aware that is not easy to do these things and I know it takes time, but I think out of your whole staff team if you really cared and wanted to you would, this is why the game is dying and maybe just maybe you might realise that if more people continue to play and even other players return you might be able to make more money! now if that isn't a reason for you to change the game up then I really don't know what else to say to you bwd. 👍

shell shockers, weapons can be "reforged" to change its stats. A sniper that has been refirged could have like 2 bullets in its clip and higher zoom, but the rate or fire it is slower. Or a ak with more range and accuracy, but slower movement speed

Have dedicated squads of people for different things for ex a Q&A Team and a suggestions team etc. I feel like people will feel more welcomed and closer when they have someone dedicated to helping them.
