There is a chance it was a massive lag spike when you jumped on top of the map, actually putting yourself below it, then when the server caught up you appeared underneath (and had fallen down the hole)

as far as i can tell, it is caused by some glitch in the physics that is difficult to pin down, considering that the issue has persisted over multiple changes to the grenade physics. which makes it seem that it may not be an issue with the physics of the grenades themselves at all, but some other thing elsewhere that just happens to cause that issue

Some bug's are features! I remember that shooting across one of those computer terminals used to block bullets but now they do not! Should be much truer hit registration now which will help in competitive play

i also saw "undefined" earlier, also recently im not sure what it is, but the game as i move or dodge bullets has been just teleporting me back into the bullet and just randomly moving me where it shouldnt be. last night i was playing against someone and it literally was teleporting me back and forth between 2 different levels. i dont remember this happening before.
