On the inventory screen bug, if you reload the page, I put in something that'll hopefully fix that

one last thing, I think the default mouse speed should be set to 50, rather than 30, that may dissuade new players from continuing if they don't know how to get to settings and change it

I think most of the bugs where you glitch through something are purely visual, i've surfed on top of the pipes in fort flip and glided through the walls there. I've got caught in other things on multiple maps. I've done this with multiple people and to them it looked like i was just walking on the ground.

About the going inside objects thing, I'm fairly sure it is related to latency. I have had it a couple of times too, and on one occasion I saw ping spiking into red numbers while it is usually constant around 106 or so
So I think the client acts funny when you meet a wall or other object right in the middle of a ping spike

i mean, it usually fluctuates between 40 and 60 during regular play and i rarely get issues like that, and i haven't fallen through in any of the old maps, only the new ones

I've gone through some boxes on Blue
the game is calculated frame by frame, maybe if the frame where you meet an object falls in a lag spike, something funny happens
that could mean that just a few ms of ping fluctuation could be enough to miss a frame, so occasionally you'll get the strange behaviour
different topic... the "sanity check for mouse movements to help mitigate spikes on some systems"... The funny thing is I never experienced that problem before, but since the update I am experiencing it
i.e. when I get a little spike, I'm often suddenly turning in a different direction
before the update I also got little spikes but they never turned my egg

The glitching happens a lot in the castle 1v1 area on the middle square wall boundary. I’ll try and recreate it as soon as I get back to my pc (probably tomorrow) if it hasn’t already been replicated.
And btw I’m talking about clipping into walls and blocks, not teleporting from up high to down low in a split second or the reverse. Just to make sure we’re on the same track

I kinda have a bug to report in the csgo looking map in shell shockers when moving around the map I kept glitching when I move forward I saw some kind of force pulling me back slightly at one point I battled someone later i saw myself close to him which resulted in an immediate death and I did not press any arrow keys which made me very close to him. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same things as me.

i reported a movement speed bug last week, and i must say that is no longer happening, probably was something tied to the stuck inside of the walls or floor thing, because both things are no longer happening. anyway i found that the bug related to ammo/granade pick ups is still happening, i'm not sure which thing triggers the bug, but always happens when i'm alive for a lot of minutes (probably after 10 minutes), and i see the bug pretty often when i'm playing the rocket laucher, probably is something tied to reload the weapon when you are picking ammo at the same time (but i'm not sure)

For Shell Shockers: I am a West Player, and I'm sure you've heard the complaints of the servers being auto-set to say... Sydney, right around the time this happened, I've begun to experience simply horrid ping and general readouts on west, having frequent lagspikes and rubber banding almost constantly, along with fps drops down to 18 from 50

I encountered some nice bugs on castle
The first one was me controlling my character while it was spinning around on homescreen
I think this one was caused by lag
But the better one was me controlling my egg with its sniper rifle on spectate
My egg literately went to where I was spectating and I could shot people while flying
It was unfair for the enemy team but I don't know what caused this
I think it was the combination of me controlling my egg while I was slowly spinning on homescreen kinda like spectate but my gun was seen through the walls

it used to be more common, but i have heard tell of it still happening from time to time
i saw once where the gun i saw was the RPG, but the gun they were actually using was the AK, and it looked like they were just shooting tons of RPG rounds that did very little damage

When you finish all you ammo, hit ESC, switch guns and respawn, you respawn with full ammo for your new gun. If you then ESC again and switch back to your initial gun, you have full ammo for that too. It's possibly exploitable, e.g. to avoid having to run out to collect ammo with the rpegg

@woven linden wizard support was testing different servers by using a vpn since he/she can’t actually fly to different locations across the world to test each server out. Swi was asking about a server issue and wizard support replied “While testing through VPN's I was getting the same error as you - What server do you connect to?” As described earlier in the message, Wizard support was using a vpn to test servers out and was wandering which server swi was on. Swi didn’t understand that and thought wizard support was diagnosing another problem related to vpns, so he replied “i didnt have any vpn on”. To that wizard support replied “I'm with you 🙂 What SS server do you connect to?” The “I’m with you 🙂” part of the message was sent because wizard support realized that swi didn’t understand why wizard support was using a vpn. I found this funny because swi had a lack of knowledge/understanding of the situation which was slightly humorous and funny.

There's probably not much that can be done there. Low-grade systems are going to have a rough time, and the WebAudio API (which is our only real option) is terrible in its current state.
At least on Chrome... not actually sure how bad it is with others, but on Chromebooks, I think you're stuck with Chrome anyway.
Unless there's some new problem I'm not aware of yet.
I guess it might be possible to add a setting to enforce extremely strict allocations on the sound for slower systems, but you'll run into instances where sounds get "overwritten" by others, and though it's working "correctly", you'll hear sounds getting cut off in that case as well.

The no damage glitch is when your guns do no damage when you hit the enemy
Usually it happens to me when I get 2 ammo left start reloading then while reloading I pick up more ammo then I get not damage glitch

For me I have to esc out go to inventory switch to a different weapon, then go back to the weapon I am using so I can get the glitch out
But the thing is if you switch your weapon it will stop the gltich

I may have found one of the sources of people getting kicked. Friend said he had discord (download) open, and chrome tabs were randomly crashing. Make sure you don’t have discord open with shell.

@shell lava There could be a couple of things happening here - One you accumulated those stats on an unsigned in machine. They will last for a while but the only way to keep them is to make an account
Like with a lot of issues that can crop up in browser based games, resetting cache, disabling adblock and then even trying in an incognito window usually solves the issue.
