#Payment Pending Issue.

This morning, I attempted to pay for two of my extra accounts, one after the other (probably 5 mins apart) The first payment processed in a matter of moments. The second one I am still waiting on and is listed as "Pending"

Is this something that Funcom Support can assist with? or would this be on my bank's end? (it does show both payments as pending on my bank's side.)

This can stay listed as pending for 2 to 3 business days (it's weekend now). It's just the way they process back to back payments with the same card.

All your bank would be able to do is do a chargeback, which isn't something you'd want them to do for this.

You'll just have to be patient until it processes.

Ah ok. I probably should have left more time between the payments. Didn't realize putting them that close would cause an issue. It's nothing urgent.
