Allow us to use Upgrade Kits for more than just weapons.

G'day! When you get a good roll on a weapon early, upgrade kits become a worthless resource.
Synthetik 1 allowed you to use Upgrade Kits to bump some stats for the weapons after you've already gotten all attachments for them.
I suggest the ability to use Upgrade Kits as a resource for either:

1. Doing something similar to Synthetik 1 where you can upgrade weapon stats rather than placing attachments, or perhaps allow you to use more than 1 Kit to remove a previous attachment.
2. Re-rolling various rewards/body upgrades or even attachments themselves.
3. Allow you to use multiple Upgrade Kits to call-in or summon temporary shops/upgrade stations for abilities or items.

I have a strong desire for suggestion number 3 because I just had a run with Riotguard where I only found 1 ability upgrade station in my entire run... and died with 13400 credits in the bank.
Personally I like all my ideas but I might be biased.

You can use 2 kits 2 more times and get small random stat upgrades on your guns

How do I do it? I don't see the prompt to upgrade weapons further on the weapons tab.
