Currently you can restore to the following versions with the latest SEP and baseband for your device:

Devices that only support up to iOS 12:

  • iPhone 5s: 10.2-10.3.3, 11.3-12.5.5 (restoring to 10.1-10.1.1 will break Touch ID)
  • iPad mini 2 (non-Chinese) and iPad Air 1: 10.1-10.3.3, 11.3-12.5.5
  • Other devices: 11.3-12.5.5

A8 devices which can run iOS 13 and later:
14.0-15.5

A9-A10 devices:
14.0-15.5

A11 devices:

  • iPhone 8/8 Plus: 14.3-15.5
  • iPhone X: 15.4-15.5 (restoring to 14.3-15.3.1 will break Face ID)

A12 devices:

  • Devices without Face ID: 14.0-15.5
  • Devices with Face ID: 15.4-15.5 (restoring to 14.0-15.3.1 will break Face ID)

A13-A15/M1 devices:

  • iPhone SE 2020 and all Touch ID iPads: 14.0-15.5
  • Face ID iPads: 15.4-15.5 (restoring to 14.0-15.3.1 will break Face ID)
  • Other devices: 15.4-15.5 (15.3.1 and below is incompatible and will bootloop you)

For restores on devices that support iOS 15 and Wi-Fi only iPads, you currently must use the latest beta version of FutureRestore, see /tag futurerestore for a link.

Does A11 support 14.8.1>15.1.1 with futurerestore with 15.6 SEP?

I believe so but 15.5 is still signed so you can specify that version instead of latest

My original SE is on 14.8.1 right now and want to see if I can use futurerestore to go to 15.x (unsure what version yet, waiting for CS's jb to drop to see) but no tables I see anywhere are up to date.
