This is not a discussion forum, also there’s not really much we can do in iOS 16 from our side, if you have any issues you need to use the Feedback app and send them to Apple.

Can’t tell this enough iOS 16 is on DEV BETA, so you can expect all kind of weird bugs, even bugs that can make your device lose some functions, like touch ID in your case.
