basically i was playing clash royale and it randomly crashed, so i reopened it... fine it worked... then i closed it, wanted to open another app and it didnt open, tried opening all the apps and none wanted to open

not even the settings app

Basically my apps won’t seem to load correctly. Almost every app won’t open. Maybe it was a thing that i installed? Could someone help?
