Checkra1n can boot your device just fine for tether booting actually but you’ll be jailbroken in the process

Yeah you’re right it doesn’t have an option to just tether boot but it can be used on jailbreakable versions to tether boot. Instead of that they can just use ramiel or ra1nsn0w (if it is still active for iOS 14)
