#how do i insert activation tickets on iphone running ios 9

i downgraded my iphone se to ios 9 but removed the setup.app thing with legacy ios kit but i saved a few activation files with filza and put them on my mac from ios 10 how do i manually add the activation tickets with legacy ios kit onto ios 9?
