After installing certs with "Install certs" option, when i try to click on Run the page just refreshes and error - "A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded". How to proceed further.

now, the ipad just black screen , idk if its switched off or not. i tried to hold the power button , no response.. trying to charge it no charge symbol or anything.. just black
