as described. upon trying, it sits here in settings with an idling icon, even after a reboot. this means i can't connect to cydia servers because of bad certificates, though i have both the reccommended certs. installed (ISRG Root X1 & DigiCert Global Root G3. and, was able to sign into icloud just fine.) location services are enabled.
