Neonboard theming bugged?

[simple timber]

had themes working fine for the past ~3 years, but now whenever i enable a theme with neonboard it looks like this,

tried multiple different themes,

anyone got any ideas as to what's going on? i don't understand why it would randomly stop working when i havent touched anything jailbreak related in years

I used to have this problem too, i tried;

-Reinstalling snowboard/other tools (that does like snowboard) to the latest version in spark’s repo
-Reinstalling the tweak
