All you can do is reset it with iTunes, which deletes all your data and uptates it to the newest version. After that you may have to log in with exactly the same apple ID used on the iPad to disable activation lock.

So the newest Version for your iPad is 15.8 which means, if you restore and update there is only a semi thethered jailbreak available.
