Even though I did everything correctly, the tips application does not open in this section. How can I do it? (16.1 A12)

Finally I was able to install it, follow this guide, but instead of rebooting like in step 8, I went directly to the tips application and trollstore was installed. https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/185khcz/trollstore_successfully_installed_on_iphone_14/
