#NewTerm 2 refuses to install on iOS 12

Title. NewTerm refuses to install. Unsure of any alternative tweak.
Sileo claims the package system-cmds isn’t installed and doesn’t automatically resolve the package.
Checking to see if system-cmds is installed, Sileo claims it is. Reinstalling and respringing has no effect.
