Hello, my relative has this iPad 8th Gen they would like on iOS 15 or 16 for app compatibility. It's currently on 14.4. They don't have blobs. After looking into it, it would seem 15.4.1 is the best version to be on for their use case. Are we out of luck here or is there a way.
Alternatively if there is a way to run an iOS 15 app on iOS 14.4, that could also work. I think the bare minimum for this app is 14.8 but it's been set at 15.0 on the AppStore.

you cant go to 15.4.1, but you can use appstore++ to downgrade the app and use 3dappversionspoofer to make it think that its updated
