personnally i'm on 16.3.1 and i'll stop from updating

because i know ios 16 is kind of a mess to work out for jb devs, even more with chips beyond A11

16.4? never coming
16.3? extremely low chances, but might be possible
A12? almost impossible, the owner of Futurerestore talked alot about A12 and it's issues with everything related to downgrading and some jailbreaking (not specifically jbing)

got some info, (A11 though, but it's related to 16.4) apparently palera1n might support 16.4 some time soon
