Collecting scapy
  1 location(s) to search for versions of scapy:
  * https://pypi.org/simple/scapy/
  Getting page https://pypi.org/simple/scapy/
  Looking up "https://pypi.org/simple/scapy/" in the cache
  Request header has "max_age" as 0, cache bypassed
  Starting new HTTPS connection (1): pypi.org:443

here is the output above

what i’ve tried so far:
• disabled ipv6
• used --trusted-host for pypi.org
• --no-cache-dir
• ran as root
• installed python3 (3.7) from bingner, replacing mcapollo

so i can’t really install anything with pip…i’m stumped why it’s stuck at that point
