hint: name it like the original theme

for example

i got the folder "Folders - Bubblegum" in /Library/Themes/

in the info.plist i set the themename to Bubblegum

so if i want to apply it

the folder theme is sorted under the original theme

you could also create a folder background by yourself with this method and have the "darkmode" one

without an extra tweak

just create a kinda transparent dark png sized 512x512 and put it in the foldertheme folder as the default icon. edit the info.plist to show the small icons again (FolderGridImageAlpha = 100)
