We had a piece of lightweight food in the foil. The air fryer uses hot air convection to heat / cook food. Apparently the fan was strong enough to lift the food in the foil and the spinning of the fan created a vortex 🙂

welp, rolling back to Windows 10 on my OBS Broadcasting PC. Been having weird issues with my current OBS install since updating. Going to see if rolling back helps.

not really anything i can troubleshoot here, since i use a mix of StreamerBot, NodeJS and web apps to remote control OBS in many ways. And OBS doesnt "crash" or "quit", it just closes. Im in a trap of my own making basically.

He looked some stuff up, and there was this video that explained the exact same thing we were going through, and it was because of how close the power lines are to the camper

There's some low hanging ones that are more for ones that connect to the house that the camper is by, and then other than those the camper is also kind of in a square of power lines around the couple of houses around here

Basically, when the camper has running power, the power from the power lines and whatnot jumps over to the camper and makes the outside of it live and conductive

We don't really know of a way to fix it, but that's basically what's going on

so good news from my weird OBS crash/force-quit/whatever issues I was having after I upgraded to Windows 11. After rolling back to Windows 10, OBS was able to run all night with all of my websocket enabled apps/webapps/etc without issue.

The crashes were definetly related to WebSockets in some way, since it would either freeze instantly when I opened up an app that connected via WebSockets, or would just instantly quit (not gracefully either) while the websocket apps were running.

So this leads me to think something else was going on with the Windows 11 upgrade.

Will continue to progress on getting my tablet mixer surface ported over to WebSocket 5 / VueJS 3 to get it more modernized, so i can finally make the move over to OBS 30+

hmm, Nvidia's video upscaling seems to be extremely effective with basic lines/animation... pretty ineffective with real-life content
Edge's seems to be moderately effective with basic lines/animation... slightly effective with real-life content
the main issue? Edge is applying a lot of sharpening and is doing pretty significant gamma shifting.. so can't really recommend it
it also takes about 50% of a 4090 for 1080p 60 fps video on a 2160p display... so, uh... it's about 2x the highest level of Nvidia

it darkens everything
that's more than just minor gamma shifting...

that was also 1080p>2160p with browser (bilinear?) scaling... I should probably post the 2160p stream as well
but yeah, it's.. "meh", excluding the gamma shifting and oversharpening (that moves it into garbage territory)

and I'd still choose Nvidia's just cause it doesn't do all that extra junk.. uses very little sharpening... most potentially egregious thing is the noise removal but I find that a mostly positive

I've been trying Okada AI realtime voice changer and I think voice changers still need some work to be convincing.

A capture card is the best option for capturing the game console as you have the HDMI adpator for the Wii.
