I personally had space engineers and factorio savefile locations as the two largest by filesize, moved them to another drive and junction mounted the matching folder across

each folder in those programs' left sidebar is expandable so you can go down the tree to find which exact files are having the biggest effect

Iunno. Takes me about 9 minutes in the simplest case of an entire disk with an OS on it, or about 45 minutes of about six disks at once totaling a few hundred tb and a few hundred billion files. I think it's fine, owo.
