Currently in the game there is no sexual dimorphism or custom baby models for variants like thr JP3 pteranodon and the lost world stegosaurus. Although it would be nice to have custom baby models for and sexual dimorphism for those variants the main problem is the future. Things like the rebirth spinosaurus or chaos theory suchomimus which are way to different from their current game counterparts to reuse the baby models. And these models being reused when they are so different would really be a bummer sohopefully future dinosaur variants will have sexual dimorphism + custom baby models.
