Interact with machine. Click add at the bottom, select five rots you're okay getting rid of. They must be mythic or above. The higher value they are, the better chances you have of getting something decent back. You'll see the odds of what you can get beneath. When you're happy, choose activate. You'll then need to wait a while (at least 15m) for the machine to do its thing. Come back at the end of the timer and interact with the machine again. Something will pop out.
