Is it normal?

Looks like it's not matters many scene what graphical settings I use.
I have the same (37/41) fps on the lowest and highest settings.
My device is a POCO F3 8/256 Snapdragon 870/Adreno 650 Android 13

I don't think it's normal but correct me.

titan quest is very bad optimize so its normal i thinks.. ( special mention for you incredibly smartphone 😏 )

Thanks. That's soo sad. :/
I thought it's maybe just a device specific problem. But if the game is this bad optimized not really worth to invest more time until fixed. Which is sad because it was a good game back then.
