A few questions:
1 - Is reflect really that big of a deal as a conqueror? I've never had a problem with it in all my playthroughs especially when I had at least one source of ADCTH.
2 - Have you found any use for perfect block? I tried it a few times and it seems... lackluster.
3 - What are the affixes on your chest piece? It can potentially be very strong.

The stats :
All the most important data can be seen in two pictures. I will also add pictures of the skills. Around 1300 DA i started to being more immortal because the character class is very tanky.
Leveling :
Start the build of the character with the defense skills : - batter , Battle awareness , shield smash , adrenaline (health regeneration) , Armor handling , and the rally.
While that time , you can focus on the main skill which is the Battle standard , it is your best pet . Stack the onslaught to get maximalized damage.
Battle rage , weapon training , Ignore pain, Dodge attacks skills are great for the lower levels.
End game :
I thought I would highlight this part as well . The set what i use is The Immortal Hero Parts , I attaching the picture as well (a 15% recharge bonus is very handy). The adrenaline skill and the rally helps you to regenerate the HP fast , worth to keep a swappy arfifact in your inventory , like : Apples of Idun , Knot of Isis (which also gives chance in % to evade the projectiles)

- Reflect caused my 75% of dies in EE , from the Atlantis mages (snakes) - not a big deal , but if you try to make a hardcore run with this class , make sure you don't die by the high self damage
- Perfect block : im using it with one of the potion , called , "Potion of Evasion". When im running away from Tartarus because he start to leech my life, 1.1 second immortality if you run into the big enemy camps and i want to survive it , also much more running speed for limited time
- Honor's guard revenant plate of Might - now its seeable from one of my picture
I tried many modifications, it could be a better DA value with other gear, but then , the protection and resistance values were reduced to varying degrees.

hmmmm... no AS setup so jian is too good for speed ADCTH and ofc the damage. Hydraulic Hammer could be interesting but low base dmg in general (and especially low to EE stuff ofc), since it gives A TON of AS and is base average speed soo...
Other than that, I'd say maybe sapros or Dengjiawan crusher cuz RR is so good for dmg even tho it wont show up on the sheet
