Well, if you hate coding then likely Impossible to "connect" this button, since it require experience scripting skill to do that and you seem is way too new so best advice is learning from the begining. Doing small project instead of large, too ambitious project
You likely can't put hope on someone to help you fully script it, im sorry but making game like that is very poorly. And yeah asking for help likely won't do anything cause people don't waste their time on a project that's don't bring much benefit for them

You could definitely use lower poly cylinders for the stock and the sight
oh its actually should be a simple fix
if you ever have low poly models and when shaded, their lightings are very off putting kinda like this
you can go to edit mode, go to edge select (number 2 on the keyboard) and select any edges or ideally faces you want to "sharpen"
once done, you can control the smoothness of your meshes by using those mark sharp on areas that otherwise shouldnt needed to be smoothed
or a rather quick fix if you dont want to do the hassle of it, you can use the shade auto smooth in object mode and control angles to determine what areas you want it to be sharp or not
also shading is based on topology of your model but, marking various edges to be sharp should let you control the overall flow of any mesh shadings

I think I know why, do you know a feature in blender called "Mark Sharp?
esentially the shading issue may be because some, if not entirely your whole mesh doesn't have any "sharp edges", and considering the low polygon, it shades it together and creating that result.
You're polygons / triangles and normals should be good, in blender, go to edit mode, press 2 and start selecting all the edges you want it to not be smooth and marking them as sharp
they will make a blue outline like this
without them, my mesh would resemble like yours with odd shadings
but heres one with me setting up the mark sharps on the edges i want it to be sharp and not smoothed.
alternatively if you dont want to set up all the edges manually to be sharp, you can use the Shade Autosmooth and that would automatically set sharpness to any edges based on a angle that you can control.

yw, lmk if that fixes the problem, your polygons and normals previously should be fine, just needed some sharps edges for it to be shaded properly
btw, roblox studio automatically turns any quad in your meshes into triangles, so a heads up
sometimes that bugs out
and faces are missing
that is usually the case if you have n-gons
esentially polygons that has more than 4 points / verticies
yeah i usually dont have those
roblox for some reason just forgor how to turn it into triangles and esentially leaves a empty space
you may sometimes have n-gons unknowingly if theres more than 4 verticies
especially when using boolean modifers to cut objects
i often made sure i highlight any vertices near each corner and merge it to a single point in case theres like one that is impossible to see because its next to another one at a very very small distance
because by all means, quads should be able to triangulate when ported to roblos
all of my meshes are quad, i only have issues when i got n gons and thats where i intervine to either triangulate it
or reconstruct it

older version although they dont have that dedicated option you can still use it, called a "Edge Split" Modifier
(i opened up blender 2.92 to double check)
that esentially does a similar job to blender's new shade autosmooth feature (though i think by splitting the edges? but sorta a handy dandy quick patch)

think of the texture as a overlay, or extra layer
the neon part behind will act as the light for lighting effect
and the texture will colour it
for making the edges it's probably just making the texture's edges more transparent compared to the centre's
the way roblox handles transparency for textures can be weird sometimes

Currently, the furthest studio get's is to the studio loading screen upon launch and then almost instantly closes out, no clue why. Trying normal roblox gives me a roblox was unable to install message, will post screenshot soon. Any ideas?
I'd assume the warning the normal roblox gives me must have something to do with studio not launching

i will mention, it does take time for you to adopt your own style and eventually be proud of your own work

the UVs aren't correct and the albedo map just doesn't exist in the files, yet the game renders it correctly
there's many different types of doors in this universe and it became a problem managing in the old pathos game
so I made a door builder: it constructs a door class with boilerplate code in it
all I need to add to make a new type of door is the opening and closing animations/sound cues, the sound map (due to the way the sounds are uploaded as a single file, sound maps are the points where a specific sound exists), and the tag to use

also a possible problem is that the sounds you're using just don't fit the style you're going for at all
ive seen soundservice before but ive never known what it does
generally a more complete "environment" will make sounds fit in more too
controls audio properties on a global scale

then just upload it to roblox
or compose one sound from multiple online

yes
collisions are the 2nd most performance heavy property on unions
first being triangles, topology and those things
having a lesser detailed collision means the game doesnt have to do as much work handling it
i do think it has a limited effect and if you use tons of unions, you should resort to blender
is that why my game is so laggy😭 i used to turn everything into unions in 2021-2022 lmao
