QSERF is horribly optimized for RAM usage and i had it crash on my phone numerous times just because of too high memory usage

If you want to use 0 to 255 you have to enter color3.fromRGB()

Sure thing, however the process is a bit convoluted and requires photoshop to make
For the background texture of the image, you just need to use any tileable paper image you find online
You then make the newspaper in two parts, one part being the text / shape graphics, the other being photographs. These are separated in the image because they require different processing
For text processing, flatten all of the text and shape graphics into a single layer. Duplicate the flattened layer and set it's opacity to about 50 percent. On the original flattened layer, keep opacity at 100 percent and apply a very slight horizontal motion blur effect. You want to have just enough blur that it appears that the ink from the text bled into the page, but not too much to the point where text becomes unreadable. Using photoshop's Filter Gallery, Apply the Reticulation filter. When appling this filter, in your color pallet for photoshop, have black and gray colors selected - these will be the colors applied to the image by the reticulation filter. For the Reticulation filter, set Density to a value between 2 - 8, Foreground Level to a value of 20 - 40, and Background Level to 4 - 8. This reticulation filter gives the effect of uneven and/or faded ink on the page. As far as I am aware, this filter is only in photoshop, but there may be a way to recreate it in other software.
For photo processing, take you image and duplicate it. On the original image, apply the same horizontal motion blur that you applied on the text, and additionally apply the same reticulation filter. Then on your duplicated image, set opacity to about 50 percent and apply the Color Halftone filter to it. Set the radius of the halftones to what ever value you think is best, I set mine to about four pixels in radius. If the Halftone filter that you used also has adjustment for color channels, set the degree value of each channel to be the same number. It doesnt matter what the number is, as long as they are the same
For additional effect, you can then flatten all of these processed layers together into a single layer. Duplicate this layer, and on said duplicated layer, apply the Dissolve blending mode to further add to the ink bleeding effect
and yeah thats about it
