Is there a file where the dedicated server gets the "seed" for world creation? I get the same world no matter how many times I create it.

If you use the UI, there's a field for it

#

If using command line, pass "+server.seed 1234567"

If it's some third party dashboard, ask them to support it 😄

The seed argument for the command line only applies if the world doesn't exist yet
