Unfortunately not, there were some mods that previously supported PVP to some extent but they haven't been updated for 0.9 just yet but its very probable they will be as they were fairly popular

That's unfortunate, I thought there was PVP because on the workshop they mentioned multiplayer PVP. Thanks for your help though.

If you want to play with them mods you can you just need to revert to the previous update (which works totally different to how the game does now though btw)
On steam right click Colony Survival - properties - Betas - then choose 0.8 in the drop down menu
and then the PVP and Angry Guards mods etc on the workshop will work
