Physical mail? I send birthday cards to family in different cities/countries (occasionally also friends). And I have a friend in a different country who I’m pen-palling with. That’s at least once every few months.
Plus I’ve traded Hermitcraft TCG cards or sold some things on vinted that required parcels so sometimes a couple times a week if I’m having a busy month.

okay well here is my quick plug to try to encourage you all to send some mail! especially if you live in the US, as far as i am aware the postal service is entirely funded by purchase of postage and other services. the more mail we send the more the postal service can survive! i made it a goal of mine to send at least 1 piece of mail each month this year! maybe i'm an old soul but i think it is SO fun to get a cute card or letter in the mail from a friend, so i encourage you to try to send something out to someone you care about! OR there are ways to connect with penpals or sign up for mail clubs where you could receive art or stickers or puzzles or something fun like that each month. i definitely recommend you check it out <3

Used to send more when I had bills to pay by mail. Now I can do it all thru the bank. Mostly I send Christmas cards once a year if I’m on top of things and that’s about it. I’m convinced corporate junk mail and packages is the only way the USPS is still surviving.
