OK, then there's the workaround of disabling your Intel AI Boost in Device Manager:

Open Device Manager, expand "Neural Processors," right-click "Intel(R) AI Boost," and select "Disable device"

Okay, I haven't done what you told me to do yet, but I updated my BIOS. I no longer get error messages, the game launches, but now I have a black screen.

Update all drivers you can ... like GPU drivers if you haven't ...
