Sorry, original message got deleted because there were too many attachments 😅 Can't get past this quest at the beginning of the game, any help would be appreciated

Heyhey! Are you playing a story character by any chance?

Story characters don't get mail and instead have the items placed directly into inventory (or vault, if there's overflow). If you are on a story character, moving all the items you received to your vault will progress the quest. We need to improve that step for story characters.

If you're not on a story character, that is rather concerning and we'll need to look into it!
