How do i stop this as I dont remember doing anything of the sort

Well check to see if you are running a server on your computer, are you running a host and then trying to do another host?
You got the network manager hud going.
You are most likely clicking host or server and then on the build or another editor clicking one of the two.
It's a very simple fix.
@old wasp
Happens to me multiple times daily, as some sort of bug, with only one instance. Restart Unity or change the port in your transport.
Thanks @topaz garden .definitely helped. Changed it to 7000. Had no idea what ports I could change it to but found 7000 online
You can choose any that is not already in use - for testing purposes I just increase/decrease by 1 when the issue occurs.
