Starting a thread for BSO TOA changes, looking for feedback and opinions on different topics, then we can poll them individually, feel free to add anything as needed.

  1. Multi trips (also applicable to ToB)
    Multi trip cox is great, tames can multi-trip ToB too. Issue is how deaths are coded in ToB & ToA where a full team wipe = run ends. Should this be removed in BSO, but your points for that run are made 0. This would mean you get no loot but would make it easier to do multi-runs? Open to other ideas on this.

  2. Deaths
    Death chance probably needs tweaking some for both OSB/BSO, but should BSO scale for lower death chance as the gear you can wear is better? Right now 600s are wipefests.
    Keep in mind, deaths give you a 1-2 minute wipe and take all supplies, this is probably not intended and it should reflect more the ToB style

  3. Speed boosts
    BSO additional boosts?
    Currently:
    Lightbearer - 5
    Shadow - 25
    BGS - 2
    Tbow - 4
    Zaryte Crossbow - 9 OR D claws - 6
    <300: Rapier 6 | 300+: Fang 15

Open to suggestions, maybe:
BGS - 2 OR DWWH - 10
Tbow - 4 OR Zaryte bow - 6 OR Hellfire bow - 10
??

  1. Run time cap
    Currently runs are capped at 20 minutes, for group sizes under 5 there is an additional 1.3 minutes added per 'missing', meaning solo is capped at 25 mins before the random variation. CoX caps at 15, should ToA be lower too? I would also suggest the party size extra time is added before it's capped, rather than after, so solo with BiS gear + high attempts can reach the min agreed.

  2. Gear boosts
    Gear is a bit funky to 100%, would people feel better if the reference 'bis' was BSO specific, but the gear provided a higher boost. Right now gear provides 15%, if it was swapped to BSO bis (Gorajan, offhand drygore, vasa/zuk cloak etc), it could provide more, like 20%?

  3. Items/Rewards
    Rewards give boost in ToA but nowhere else, I polled before (see image), but they could provide boosts elsewhere (feel free to suggest), or the shadow could be merged with abyssal staff to provide some sort of big boost (like hellfire uses T bow) - If the latter, should ToB also have same (Ghrazi Rapier + Drygore Rapiers, Scythe + drygore long set - Noxious scythe type thing from rs3, increase slayer boost?)

I would say maybe make Zaryte bow=tbow and the hellfire 8-10ish.

I'd love to see Masori be able to disassembled and components be used for a new bis cape. Was going to mention it to magna but ran out of time with it going ot bso for final testing for osb

one thing I for sure don't want is for the reference BIS to be adjusted to BSO items with nothing else changed to compensate. That essentially makes the same content "harder" for BSO minions with the same gear as OSB minions. This is already the case for melee, since BSO torva has way higher stats than OSB torva.
