Hey, for over two years I use a 4060 LP from Gigabyte, one year and half ago I did replace the original thermal paste with PTM7950 thermal pad. Lately however I've noticed that the GPU temperatures are much higher than usual.

During gaming they easily hit 90 degrees and the card throttles to stay under 88 degrees, that does happen even with undervolt to 975mV at 2610MHz. It is concerning given the card do have a good thermal solution, it is undervolted and the ambient temperature is 22 degrees celcius, and yet I do run into overheating issues. Could it be that chip degraded or that PTM simply lost the heat conducting and should be replaced with thermal paste?

The case I am using is Lz-mod a24 v5 so the components are quite packed - idle temperature is 46 degrees

what were thermals before?

30-40 idle, 82 max during the gaming - usually lower. So it's about 10 degrees of increase? I am tempted to just replace that PTM with a normal paste and see if it helps
