Hello all, I have an Optimum replica.

CPU: 7800X3D
Motherboard: ASUS X670E-I
RAM: G.SKILL FlareX 6000MHz CL30
GPU: Zotac 4090 Trinity OC
Case: T1 2.1

So currently I’m having some issues where my game will freeze but I can continue to hear audio for a minute. No inputs will work, I either have to force my PC to shut down or wait for a BSOD: DPC_WATCHDOG.

Essentially, I have done some testing and I’m almost certain it has to be the riser cable/power connectors. I have come across a few posts with similar symptoms. I have also had some issues at the beginning of the build with the riser cable.

So I’m wondering, what’s a good replacement riser cable that I can test?

I am using MODDIYs custom GPU power cable, which I think is fine but I may try to use stock cables if all else fails.

Also, I cannot touch memory clock on GPU almost at all. Anything over +250 and I can’t even idle, just crash. Does this also point to riser cable??

When others have something like +1500 memory clock with no problem^^
