hello, i got a windforce oc 4070 and 2 of the fans keep spinning at like 100%. fan control doesnt work, msi afterburner doesnt, any fix ?

Few questions: did you install ANY gigabyte software? What motherboard?

And describe the behavior more. Does it just ramp when doing a specific action? Quick ramp, or sustained?

no gigabyte software, i got drivers, asus b650e-i

2 of the fans are constantly at 58% fan speed and i cant change it

i can only change the third fan however i want
