I think its too weak... Im using the Noctuas on it and it still isnt able to properly cool the 13700k. either way i know i should have gotten a 13600k for this build but.
I'm used to using Corsair Capellix ones but i'm done with iCue... this AIO doesnt require Satas or any software to run
the first one is this machine, the others are my previous setups
the i7 is idling at low 30's
full send it is reaching high 90's

i use vsync in order to lock fps & sync them with the screen...
also dont need the hardware processing more than the screen
here i have a LG 32" 2560x1440 180hz
i used to have a LG Oled C2 42" but it was too big
on the HT PC i have the 13600k with a 4070 on a LG OLED C1 65" 120hz
LG with the 4090
too big.. never got used to it

i was even considering one for this SFF build but it was an extra 600 on top of these 2300€
4080 is the best card atm for any needs, 4090 is just flexing xD
ventus sux. but it was the only card that would fit the lian-li case... other than the founders edition, wich i cant get one here
Suprim are the best cards i ever had
Asus Rog strix are okay too but i preffer MSI
i cant remove the shrouds because warranties. and i get to swap parts so fast, that i dont think its worth it

Man all the 4080's are getting coil whine nowadays
some more than others, but over 120fps all of them are having it

my Scar Laptop has insane whine
but we can barely ear it over the 3 fans blowing
i think sooner or later every GPU will have coil whine because of high refresh rates on actual screens
