**in need of serious help!**

so i bought the blackshark v2 x today and its perfect yk the sound quality is amazing but i have one massive issue… its the mic. Its sounds low while the mic volume is maxed out, and the quality is bad. ive tried the front slot and back slot, and i tried to change the format to multiple different ones to see if that helped it didnt. im so close to giving up trying to fix it so i came here to seek help. also i tried to get the software but it wouldnt let me for some reason
