Maybe in battery settings change it to where it didn't go into low performance. You know where you adjust the timing that display and what not shuts off. I'm I'm not mistaken you can edit performance mode.
All you have to do is: right - click on your desktop > go to nvidia graphicscard settings > go to options > and set nvidida power management to maximum

Those two mice have the older Laser sensor, which has some issues. My Mamba TE was the same way at times. Have you tried reinstalling synapse or trying a different PC?

@onyx magnet I wouldnt recommend a USB, they always have worst connection when compared to a Wifi card that goes into your motherboard. The internal cards are more pricy yes, but they have antennas that offer way better connection. I also have heard that the USB Dongles can overheat so yeah

@tulip panther I own a blackwidow te v2 (yellow switches). It's really good and the switches are great. The chroma also looks great. The bads are that over time the keycaps get a little slick. you cant see the other things on the number keys. The bottom isn't standard. also the wrist rest is a little over hyped. I feel like it raises my wrist into an uncomfortable position, but it is pretty soft. I'd definitely recommend it since I've had no real problems with it
