Hey friends, I'm a huge fan of Razer mouse, but what's been bothering me forever is the Synapse app. Version 4 isn't just awful, it's terrible! Even after a complete reset, it clicks back on its own, usually to the previous settings! Your mice and hardware are great, but why on earth can't you make the app stable? my naga trinity mouse is pretty old now and sometimes when i press down on the middle mouse button, it will middle click two times in quick succession. This is pretty annoying because i use middle click often to open links in new tabs. Now, sometimes when i middle click to open a link in a new tab, it will open it twice because my mouse thinks that i middle clicked twice.
I know this is probably an issue with the internal sensor(s) in the mouse, but i dont feel confident in my ability to fix it properly

I just purchased the the Naga Pro V2 and I have mixed feelings about it so far. For context I have medium sized hands and find the MX Master 3s relatively comfortable for work.

I've used the Naga for roughly two hours and I find it somewhat tiring on the outside of the wrist and I wonder if that's due to the width of the mouse. I could be hyperconscious about it and just getting used to the new mouse though. I just worry how it will feel after a several hour gaming sesh.

Anyone else have thoughts or feedback about the comfort/feel of the Naga?

So i configured all my colors for my keyboard with the razer chroma thing, and the only key that doesnt seem to follow orders is the alt key. What's werid is that when I started using razer cortex, the alt key became darker, and on the chroma app the color settings for that key are the same for the rest of the keyboard. Guys, just so you know for those who had this headset called Razer Kraken V4 X where it produces a tiny but one single popping sound after the audio ends or silent in a brief second that's it (it might be distracting to some people or some didn't notice it well). Just enable Stereo Mix driver at the Sound > Recording. Enable "Listen to this device" and select your headset at "Playback through this device" (obviously kraken v4 X) and hit Apply and OK.
It's not a defect product cuz I've bought this earlier straight out of the box even my friends online had this issue too. Interestingly I've found one user on Reddit from 6 months ago had this issue as well as I go went research it.

Well, mouse dongle should make a "pairing mode" that's designed for mouses. Similar to razer headsets too. It should be match together. If nari dongle is broken, there's a warranty cover. There's some on the internet I've found they've just repair their nari dongle themselves.

Personally, I'm using wired razer headsets like kraken or others cuz I like wired. It's my choice 🤷‍♂️

I have a Razer kraken V3 Hypersense and I updated the firmware yesterday.
Since then, when I have the Mic Monitoring active, it apears to have a delay wich wouldn't be that annoying if it wasn't for the fact that it was not present before.

tested some Razers too. Kraken was not nice. V2 Pro was okay. but sound wise, could get PTSD from it.
They should use a Rig to measure their units and yeah. Tune it properly. Cloud III Wireless S and Audeze Maxwell as example have an build in DSP. So they can change the sound with Firmware and it works well

Personally, I'd tell you to go for either Razer Blackshark V2/3 Pro or HyperX Cloud III (Wireless or nah) for gaming. From what I know, in Razer, Blackshark is the line that focuses the most on gaming among other lines such as Kraken and Barracuda. About the HyperX, they're quite popular with the "Legendary" HyperX Cloud II which created fame for their brand; so the III version should be much better.

If I had to compare those twos, I wouldn't be so sure due to lack of experiences. I have watched some reviews video and my conclusion is that HyperX Cloud III is pretty realistic while Blackshark is really distinct (like it let you hear the direction of footstep, gunfires more accurately) and some said HyperX felt more confortable

1. The biggest diff is the games sound engine itself

I've always questioned why the sound is "Better".

Like, I've tried Sony headphones and Apple headphones that are "better" and both of them hear really good, the difference is minimal and unnoticeable for me when you just want to hear music or play some mobile games.

Same thing with gaming headsets, and I have to say that I need really good ones for some games, they give you a pretty good advantage if you have good ones.
