#Level Reset Issue and Missing Wickerman Outfit

I’m having some problems with my account. My level has been reset twice now, with the most recent one happening recently. Also, today I completed the Snowy Hedges maze and unlocked the Wickerman outfit, but it’s not showing up for me.

Could you look into this for me? I’d really appreciate the help, thx i also did try to follow this https://discordapp.com/channels/342424498148081664/1182116593996681236 but it did not work

Heya, this normally is caused by permissions issues in your system, but it could rarely be caused by quite a few other things. Could you post your player and player-prev logs, your customization_n.dat file, and the level you last remembered being? Your logs can be found using the first post in that mega thread you saw, and then the customization_n.dat file is in the folder named with a really long number. If you can share what that number is too, that'd be great.

Thanks! Those are all save files, not logs, just to clarify. The first customization_n file is perfect, we can get the Wickerman outfit added to it.

I also need to know what level you think you were before it reset last time, how many tickets/re-roll tokens you had (I forgot to ask for this earlier, sorry!), and your player log files. The player log files are just two text files (.log extension) named player and player-prev in the directory just before the 76561198856818651 folder.

i dont remember my exact last level but it was past 95-100

Those are the ones, thanks! I'll take a look and see if the logs have any info on what might be causing the issue, and will work on getting the Wickerman outfit added to your cosmetics file. If you pick up anything new between now and when we send you a file, let us know here so we can make sure it's included in the file 🙂

While I'm waiting for your save files to get updated (I have to have someone else do it, I'm out of a PC at the moment unfortunately), could you try verifying your game files for me and then take a screenshot of what the Steam window shows when it's finished? I saw some errors in your logs related to your save files, but they're a bit different than the errors I normally see, so I'll need to wait until the guys are up in the morning to take a look.
