I tried method with finding previous backups in appdata, but it isn't actual for me maybe because I reinstall the windows, or maybe because I don't have steam cloud enabled. Anyways, my steam id is dailyokinawa and I have an achievement for lvl 50+. Help me, thanks.

If you don’t have Steam cloud enabled, there is most likely not a backup. I would recommend turning on steam cloud so that you can have backups save as you play. For your cosmetics, please provide a list of every cosmetic you had including music.
Do you remember your exact level? If not, do you have any idea what level you were?
I tried looking your name up on steam and it did not return any results. Can you send post a link to your steam profile?

level was from 50 to 60, most likely around 55, from what I remember, cosmetics is on screens

Just to make sure, you only had those 3 cosmetics? Or are you just missing those 3 cosmetics out of your current inventory? If you still have cosmetics and those 3 are just missing, I'll need your current customization_n.dat file in the folder with a bunch of numbers where you tried to find the backups you attempted to use earlier.

Got it, in that case here's your new customization_n file that has those 3 cosmetics, and then your new player_n file that has your player level. You can download these two files and then place them in the 76561198963884180 folder where you tried to find backups. It'll overwrite the current two files that are technically empty.
