When trying to start a game, the graphics do not load (the menu loads normally)

What graphics card are you running? If you're not sure, you can find it one of two ways:

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and go to the Performance tab. It'll be marked "GPU"; or
Hit Start and type "dxdiag" without quotes, then hit Enter. It'll be in the Display tab(s).

It is an Intel Iris X, maybe when using integrated graphics, it cannot be supported 🥲

Yeah that'll do it, integrated graphics aren't supported, so we can't guarantee the game will work at all, even if you can make it to the main menu. All I can suggest in this case is see if there are any graphics drivers updates that you can download, and try lowering the graphics options as low as they can go. There's a graphics preset called "Potato" that could help, just can't promise that it will
