Hello, my friend played on an other computer and now she is back on her own computer she loosed what she gained during the past session

Okay, in that case she'll need to wait until she can access the other computer unfortunately. When she does, have her do steps 1, 2, 3, and 5 from the thread Zak linked. When she has the customization.dat file from step 5, she should send it to herself in a way she can get it on her computer. She can email it to herself, DM it to you so she can download it later, use a thumb drive, whatever's easiest for her.

Then when she's back on her regular computer, she can follow the steps in the thread again to move the old customization.dat file and replace it with the new one she got from the other computer.
