Are they cosmetics/blueprints you already have? If so, you get +25 XP for duplicate cosmetics and +10 tickets for duplicate cosmetics.

Blue beanie cap, lab cap, black cowboy hat and for maps was bamboo forest and forest.

Got it, can you take a screenshot of the first 2-3 rows of your hat cosmetics and a screenshot of your custom cases UI please?

as well my friend is having the same issues. we even closed out and load up the game in things weren't there. never had this issues until u had too help me replace my data last time.
